Well is the end of April already, and the grove is covered in multi coloured fruit, ripening in the sun till ready to be picked and pressed into our 2016 edition.
Its a special day seeing the olives come off the trees, into large nets, then into bins to be transported straight to the local presshouse and transformed into beautiful glowing extra virgin olive oil. No wonder the oil tastes so good - nothing else is added. Each variety has its own characteristics and we cant wait to try each one and share them with you at our next market.
We have some new introductions to show you soon, and cant wait to see what you think.
In the meantime, i'll be patient and wait till the oil is ready....
